Once your order has left our warehouse. You will automatically receive tracking confirmation in an email. This will include a tracking link to our fulfillment provider.
Sometimes tracking takes a few business days to populate. If you have received an email from Keyto which says your order has shipped. This means the order has left our warehouse, even if the tracking hasn't populated.
If you think your order is lost we recommend checking your tracking. It's possible that the fulfillment provider has been delayed. If this is the case, they will have updated this information and you will be able to see the updated delivery date.
